Akkeri Developments worked with the landowners and promotors to acquire the freehold interest in this 55 unit residential scheme once it had received detailed consent. The scheme consists of 55 two, three and four bedroom homes ranging from two bedroom bungalows to four bedroom detached family homes. Located on the edge of the picturesque East Riding Village of Kilham and only a few miles from the market town of Driffield the site is ideally located to delivery quality family homes in a rural location. Works have commenced on site with the first homes available for occupation in the winter of 2022/23.
